Free delivery on everything !

Whether you are planning to order small item for £50 or a luxury sofa bed for £1000, we believe the price you see is the price you pay without any hidden delivery charges added on further in the checkout process - we offer free standard delivery on absolutely anything - no minimum purchases, no ifs or buts.

Where do you deliver to ?

All of our products can be delivered to mainland UK addresses - we do not deliver upholstered sofa beds and large items offshore (inc. Isle of Wight, Isle of Skye, Shetlands etc). Certain smaller items such as futons can be delivered offshore at an extra cost - please contact us before ordering to confirm the cost of this service.

The delivery lead time is shown on the product information pages - as we source products from a large number of suppliers, the lead time can vary widely from just a couple of days to 10 weeks depending on the item.

How do we deliver ?

For smaller items such as sofa bed mattress and flat packed furniture, these are delivered by carrier. We will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery when your order is ready to dispatch. Items delivered by carrier are delivered between 9am and 5pm on the specified day - please note that we cannot be any more specific as to time, so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at any time during the arranged day. This is important, as should the carrier attempt to deliver and to find the customer has 'just popped to the shops' or 'on the school run', they will leave an attempted delivery card, and this comes with a charge ! Failed deliveries attempted by carrier will be charged to your account at £30 which must be paid before we can re-arrange your delivery for another date, so please ensure you can accept delivery when agreed.

Larger upholstered items will be delivered by a specialised delivery contractor. Your order will be booked in with you when ready and you will be given a time slot for the delivery - this is usually allocated the day propr to delivery.

Can you deliver into our loft conversion ???

Where we deliver into again depends on the method of delivery : Items delivered by carrier are delivered 'to your door' as these type of companies generally have this policy. Should the unit require to go into an upstairs room, carriers will not be able to help you with this, so please arrange to do this yourself.

With larger items delivered by our logistics department, for example upholstered 2 seater sofabeds, we can usually be more accomodating to have the unit delivered into your chosen room. However, please be aware of the following restrictions regarding large item delivery....

Large items do pose delivery personnel with quite a challenge, and naturally they wish to get the job right without any damage to premises or product. Our delivery policy on large items is simply to deliver to your home. Wherever possible, the delivery team will will take the unit into your chosen room, however please note that this is at their discretion, and if in their opinion the staircase is too narrow, the door gap to small, etc, they will not risk damaging your product or your home by forcing the item where it will not fit ! In these cases, your product will be left for you to arrange manouvering the item yourself. Many of our sofa beds can have the arms removed to help delivery into your property should access be restricted - kindly note that this is not something that the delivery team will carry out unless the product page specifically confirms that product assembly is included, but we can always offer telephone advise on such subjects.

What if it won't fit !

Please measure all access areas before ordering large pieces of furniture - if needed we can supply packaging and product dimensions from the manufacturer before you commit to buy. It is your responsibility to ensure your order will fit into your property. Should the delivery crew not be able to deliver your order into your property due to access restrictions and you wish to return the item, charges will be incurred as outlined in our returns policy.

What if we miss our booked delivery ?

Should we arrange a delivery date with you and you are not home when our delivery driver arrives at your home, the missed delivery charge will be as follows :

Items delivered by 1 man delivery : £30, Items delivered by 2 man delivery service : £60. Any missed delivery charges must be settled before a new delivery date can be scheduled.
