Easy returns
We want you to be delighted with purchase and have every confidence that you will be. However we realise that sometimes mistakes are made when ordering online, so wish to make the process as pain free as possible when returning unwanted items.
Any item purchased from us can be returned within seven days of purchase. Should you decide the item doesn't fit your needs, simply send us an email as soon as possible but within seven days, advising of your order details and requesting to return your purchase. All we ask is that you keep your purchase in perfect, unused condition in it's original packaging, or if you no longer have the original packaging, packaging of the same or higher quality.

It is your responsibility to ensure your purchase reaches us in pristine, as new condition to allow it to be re-sold for it's full value. Should the return reach us damaged in any way, the value of your purchase will not be refunded in full so please ensure the item is well packed for carriage.
On return of the item and after it has been checked to ensure it is in perfect, re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price of the item.
Should you wish us to use our service to collect your goods, a small cost will be made and deducted from your refund for this service. The cost depends on the item to be returned and the original method of delivery. If the item was originally delivered by 1 person delivery service, the collection cost will be £30. If the item was originally delivered by 2 person delivery service, the collection cost will be £60.
Exceptions to our returns policy :
Our easy returns policy covers the majority of purchases made from our store, however there are some exceptions which we should make you aware of.
Any item which is customised to a customer's specification will not be eligible to be returned unless the item has been incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged. This includes items of furniture which are made to a customers specific colour / size. Should you wish to return an item which has been supplied damaged, faulty or incorrect, this should be noted on the delivery docket at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel. Please notify us at the earliest opportunity should this be the case.
Any self assembly item which has been assembled cannot be returned. Please check components on receipt of your order before assembly.
