b) Item in question must be available in the same range of options and fabrics as ours.

c) Prices compared are like for like including any delivery charges and taxes.

d) Retailer offering the lower price can show the offer on a genuine, reputable UK based company website showing contact details based in the UK. Competitor must have a selection of products on display in their showroom available for the public to view.

We do not offer our price policy against online only websites, Argos or Ebay listings.

e) Price Promise can not be considered on an existing purchase after the item has been delivered.

f) Should in our opinion the competitor's price has been set in error / be unrealistically low, we reserve the right to reject the request.
