We want you to be delighted with purchase and have every confidence that you will be. However we realise that sometimes mistakes are made when ordering online, so wish to make the process as pain free as possible when returning unwanted items.
Should you decide the item doesn't fit your needs, simply send us an email as soon as possible, advising of your order details and requesting to return your purchase. All we ask is that you keep your purchase in perfect, unused condition in it's original packaging, or if you no longer have the original packaging, packaging of the same or higher quality. We need to receive your returned item within fourteen days of the date it was delivered to you.

It is your responsibility to ensure your purchase reaches us in pristine, as new condition to allow it to be re-sold for it's full value. Should the return reach us marked or damaged in any way, the value of your purchase will not be refunded in full so please ensure the item is well packed for carriage.
On return of the item and after it has been checked to ensure it is in perfect, re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price of the item.
Should you wish us to use our service to collect your goods, a small cost will be made and deducted from your refund for this service. The cost depends on the item to be returned and the original method of delivery. If the item was originally delivered by 1 person delivery service, the collection cost will be £40 plus any surcharge paid at the time of ordering for Scotland or offshore delivery. If the item was originally delivered by 2 person delivery service, the collection cost will be £70. Please note this service is only available from a mainland UK collection location, and not offshore.
Exceptions to our returns policy :
Our easy returns policy covers the majority of purchases made from our store, however there are exceptions regarding custom made, clearance and self assembly orders you should be aware of and fully understand :
Items which are manufactured to a customer's specification, for example a sofa bed made to a customer's specific colour / size can be returned under our returns policy however a charge of 20% of the purchase price plus associated return transport costs as shown above will be made unless the item has been incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged.
Clearance items : items offered for sale at a reduction to the normal ordering price, the charges to return your order are as follows : items delivered by 1 man service £60, items delivered by 2 man service £120.
The reason for this charge is that it is unlikely we can re-sell the item made to your specification for the full price and will have to greatly reduce the price in order to source a new customer for your unwanted item. Should you wish to return an item which has been incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged, this should be noted on the delivery docket at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel and returned at that point. Please notify us of the issue at the earliest opportunity should this be the case.
Any self assembly item which has been assembled cannot be returned. Please check components on receipt of your order before assembly.
