New for this season, the Palm is a stylish 3 seater futon sofa bed. Made from Maylasian oak, the wood is stained to a rich dark finish. Conversion from sofa to bed mode is as easy as sliding the seat forwards to drop the back.
A generous sized seat, this sofa bed will sleep two people in comfort. Supplied in component form, the Palm futon sofa bed takes approx 1 hour to assemble.

Comments: Delivery as planned; putting it together needed a bit of common sense as the instructions were a little unclear; the quality of the frame and sofa is excellent and it makes for a very comfortable nights sleep. HOWEVER, the video included in the description of this item shows lovely storage drawers, which were the reason I chose this particular item, and I was very disappointed to find that they were not included. Manager says that the description doesn't include the drawers, and it should have been up to me to telephone to clarify...I say the description on all counts - photo, text and video - should be accurate. No compensation was offered - just 'send it back if you're not happy'. Not great customer service, so beware if you too like the drawers!

Thank you for your review. After reading the above and viewing the product information and images, readers should ask themselves "would I expect this sofa bed to be delivered with drawers when there is no indication of drawers from the main image or description ?"
The customer was offered the opportunity to return the item however was only interested in persuing the matter of financial compensation.
