Vector and Quartz sofabeds - dismantling instructions

Although these are two of the smallest sofabeds available and will usually easily fit into your chosen room, thess sofabeds can further be fully dismantled if required.

Step 1

Slide out the seat section forwards and lift off from the central boxed frame.

The central boxed frame can now be removed by sliding forward and out...

Step 2

Stand the sofabed on one arm and remove 3 x allen bolts securing the opposite arm to the base...

Remove 3 x cross headed screws securing this arm to the back panel....

This arm can now be lifted clear of the unit.

The back slide down section can now be lifted off the pivot and the slide down section removed clear of the unit.

Step 3

The picure below shows the sofabed with one arm and the slide down section removed...

The remaining arm can now be removed as per the procedure in step 2. Should the rear panel need removing from the base plate, this can be achieved by removing the 4 x bolts holding the two components together.

Reassemble in reverse order with care.
